Joan joined Compliance Services in 2008 after retiring from Key Bank.  During her 37 years in the financial services industry with Puget Sound Bank/Key, Joan held management positions in a number of the bank’s business lines.  These responsibilities included supervision of consumer, trust, and bank investments as well as a regional private banking operation.  Compliance oversight of banking and securities industry regulations were a major responsibility in Joan’s management roles.
