Leonard J. Oddo

Len recently retired from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation after more than 30 years; during his career he was a Safety and Soundness Examiner for approximately 15 years and also served as the Compliance Specialist for North Carolina. Prior to becoming a Review Examiner in the Atlanta Regional Office, he was the Acting Field Office Supervisor for the Raleigh Field Office.

He has served in a number of capacities as Review Examiner, including Compliance Program Manager and Lead Review Examiner, as well as the Electronic Banking Contact for the Atlanta Regional Office. Additionally, he briefly served as the Acting Deputy Regional Director for the Division of Compliance and Consumer Affairs in the Dallas Regional Office.

Len is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He is also a graduate of The School of Banking of the South at Louisiana State University and the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. In addition, he has participated in a number of consumer compliance conferences and seminars sponsored by several state and national organizations.
