CSI also offers "Stages of a Loan", an in depth training class that takes your lending staff from the initial interview process through the actual servicing of the loan.  The session covers all applicable regulations and can be designed to target a specific audience (e.g., consumer lenders, commercial lenders, loan production staff) or as a general overview for all lending personnel.
